Equipment Loans

The College provides IT loaner equipment available to Faculty, Staff, & Students for short term use with the following guidelines:
- Send an email to itloaner@bowdoin.edu to request a loaner. (Given the items availability, you will then receive a confirmation letter in return).
Requests should list:
- Name:
- Unit: (PC, Mac, Digital Camera, etc.)
- Department:
- Date to be Picked Up:
- Date to be Returned:
- Equipment is reserved on a first come-first served basis, so please try to make the reservation as far in advance as possible.
- The IT loaner pool is designed for short term usage and is typically limited to 10 days. If your department needs a computer to use for an extended period of time, please either contact the Helpdesk at x3030, or write helpdesk@bowdoin.edu, to make other arrangements.
