Dial 4411, say the first and last name (or department name) of the person you want to reach and you will be transferred.

How do I change my recorded name?

1. Press the Message button on your phone
2. Enter your voicemail password followed by the # sign
3. Select 4 - Setup Options
4. Select 3 - Personal Settings
5. Select 2 - Recorded name
6. Follow the recorded prompts to complete
