Windows 7

Windows 7 is Microsoft's newest operating system (released in October 2009).  Your computer's operating system allows you to open software programs, create/save/open documents and print.  Windows 7 is quite similar to Microsoft's previous operating systems, especially Vista, (which was not installed at Bowdoin).  Below are some resources to make your transition from Windows XP to Windows 7 easier.
