Print to a Public Printer

All Bowdoin College faculty, staff and students can print to public printers from their personal computers. All computers must be connected to the Bowdoin Network either through a wired connection over Ethernet or a wireless connection in order to print to any of the public printers.

The public printers are located in libraries, computer labs, social houses and other public spaces throughout campus.

In order to print to the public printers, you will need to install Pharos Uniprint software on your computer.

We currently support 32- and 64-bit versions of Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista and Windows XP. We also support OS X versions 10.6 - 10.8 Mountain Lion. If your system is running 10.4 or 10.5 please contact ITSS. Some older Windows clients might need to delete their existing public printers before being able to print. This is due to changes made over the summer of 2010.

Click here to locate and download the appropriate printer drivers.

To report any printer issues or if you have general questions regarding printing or OneCard as it relates to printing, please submit your questions here.
