Print Server Upgrade to Bradbury
Information Technology is upgrading our print server technology to faster and more reliable services. This technology will allow us to offer mobile printing in the future. The "Bradbury" print server has the new technology and will supersede "Madison." The "Madison" print server will be turned off on Monday, July 16th.
If you have a computer delivered within the past two years or a computer running Windows 7 your computer is already using "Bradbury". If your computer is older, you can verify your computer is using "Bradbury" using the steps below.
OS X:
- Type the following in the address bar of any web browser: http://localhost:631/printers/
- For each printer, click on the name of the printer (e.g., goodenu)

- If the word “Madison” is in the Connection line, please delete the printer and add it again using Bradbury as the print server. Instructions can be found here: Printing to a Networked Printer.
- If the word "Bradbury" is in the Connection line, that printer is fine.
Windows XP:
- Click on Start > Printers and Faxes.
- If the word “Madison” is listed in the printer name, please delete the printer and add it again using Bradbury as the print server. Instructions can be found here: Printing to a Networked Printer.
- If the word "Bradbury" is in the Connection line, that printer is fine.
