Public Computing Spaces

Public Space

Bowdoin IT provides and maintains a number of public computer labs across campus for both class use as well as personal use outside of class time. Some are open 24 hours a day, providing access to Bowdoin resources at times that are convenient for students.

Most major software packages that are used in classes are available in the labs so that students shouldn't need to purchase the software that is used in each major unless they would like to.

Each public lab space also includes printers, allowing students to print their work without needing to bring personal printers to campus.
