January 18: Your Department Coordinator, Director, or Chair will be notified by January 18 of all computers in your department that are scheduled for auto-replacement. CAP requests do not need to be made for auto-replacement computers. If you believe your computer is four or more years old and your department has not heard from IT, please email us. A list of computers that are four or more years old is available on this site.
February 1 through 28: CAP Website Open
February 28: CAP Requests due (by everyone except Department Chairs and Directors).
March 8: Department Chair and Director requests and approvals due.
May 17: Department Chairs will be notified of the decisions by email.
May 24: Department Directors will be notified of the decisions by email.
July 1: Equipment distribution begins.
August 16: Equipment distribution and installation complete.
