CAP Timeline (Important Dates)

January 30:
Your Department Coordinator, Director, or Chair will be notified by January 30 of all computers in your department that are scheduled for auto-replacement. CAP requests do not need to be made for auto-replacement computers. If you believe your computer is four or more years old and your department has not heard from IT, please email us. A list of computers that are four or more years old is available on this site. 

February 2 through 27:
CAP website open.
February 27: CAP requests due.
March 6:
Department Chair and Director requests and approvals due. 

May 15:
Department Chairs will be notified of the decisions by email.
May 22: Department Directors will be notified of the decisions by email.

July 1:
Equipment distribution begins.
August 14: Equipment distribution and installation complete.
