Please take the following steps taken when scheduling audio-visual services:
- Secure the space for your event first. This is done via an email to the campus scheduler at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If the event requires A-V or Video Conferencing equipment, and/or support, please complete the AV Request form.
- You will be contacted by a member of AV Services to review what is being requested.
- An emailed confirmation letter will follow.
