Note: Our new ticket system is currently using a self-signed certificate. Firefox users will see an error warning you that The Connection is Untrusted. This is normal behavior. On the warning screen, click on I Understand the Risks and then click on Add Exception.... Finally on the window that opens, click on Confirm Security Exception. We are working to clear this up to avoid the extra steps.
