Submit an IT Service Request

To view the status of an existing service request or to review any previous requests, click here to login or go to https://servicedesk.bowdoin.edu.

Note: Our new ticket system is currently using a self-signed certificate. Firefox users will see an error warning you that The Connection is Untrusted. This is normal behavior. On the warning screen, click on I Understand the Risks and then click on Add Exception.... Finally on the window that opens, click on Confirm Security Exception. We are working to clear this up to avoid the extra steps.

Facilities Workorders:

To request service from Facilities Management (example: Heat not working, broken windows etc.), please fill out a Facilities Management Service Request at: http://www.bowdoin.edu/facilities/workorder.shtml.
