AV Services - AV Request form

**7 days notice is required for scheduling AV Services.**

Non-Bowdoin presenters require a signed Media Release Form (pdf). The form must be signed and returned to AV Services 24 hours prior to the requested event.

Please note:

- AV Services does not supply equipment for bands.
- For IP conference phone, please submit a workorder via the IT Help Desk (http://www.bowdoin.edu/it/forms/work-order/index.shtml) for Telecom.
- For furniture/lecturn requests, please submit a workorder to Facilities (http://www.bowdoin.edu/facilities/workorders.shtml).
