SSL Settings
The new email server requires that you make one change to the security settings of your email software (client). This setting change will result in a more secure connection between the email client and the server. (Note: Thunderbird and Netscape users will have one additional step after email has been moved).
Click on your email client from the list below and follow the specific directions. If your settings are already configured for SSL, you are all set for the new server.NOTE: This change can be made any time.
After January 5th at 9:00 pm when mail is moved to Exchange, you will not be able to access your email unless you have made this change.
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), ia a cryptographic protocol which provides secure communications on the Internet for such things as web browsing, e-mail, Internet faxing, and other data transfers.
