When trying to print a shared calendar in daily view
I get an error...
To fix this:
On the
"File"
menu, click
"Print."
Click
"Page Setup."
On the
"Format tab,"
click to clear the
"TaskPad"
check box.
Click
"OK"
to close the
"Page Setup"
dialog box.
With the
"Daily Style"
print style selected, click
"OK"
to print the shared calendar.
When trying to print a shared calendar in tri-fold view
I get an error...
To fix this:
On the
"File"
menu, click
"Print."
select
"Tri-fold Style"
under
"Print style"
Click on the
"Define Styles�"
button.
In the next window,
"Tri-fold style"
should be selected, click the
"Edit"
button.
Under
"Options"
replace any instance of
"TaskPad"
with Notes of something of your choice.
Click
"OK"
then
"Close"
and then
"OK"
. You should be ready to print.
Banners brought over from Meeting Maker appear
from 12 a.m. to 12 a.m.
To make banners from Meeting Maker appear as banners in Outlook:
Double-click on the appointment.
Select the
"Appointment"
tab.
Select the
"All day appointment"
checkbox.
Click on the
"Save and Close"
button.
