Where Entourage Stores Spam

Spam is unsolicited email which often includes advertisements. It is the electronic equivalent of "junk mail".

When your e-mail was moved from the old e-mail server to the new Exchange e-mail server on 1/5/07, your spam folder, which is where Thunderbird, Netscape and MacMail store spam, was also moved. You will find that spam folder in your list of e-mail folders in your Entourage mail box.

If you use Entourage, spam is placed in a folder called "Junk E-mail". The Junk E-mail folder is in your list of folders in your mailbox, and items in it can be searched, sorted and deleted as they are in your Inbox.
