When adding an e-mail address to a "new message" or a "reply message" you can have Entourage automatically enter an e-mail address in the following ways:
1. Use Autocomplete option - When typing in an address, Entourage will automatically complete an address you have used recently. Entourage will keep up to 1000 addresses in its memory.
- To turn the autocomplete feature on, select Entourage > Preferences... from the menu bar.
- Under "Mail and News Preferences" in the left pane, click Compose
- To turn the "recently used address list" on, select the Display a list of recently used addresses when addressing messages check box.
- To remove all entries from the recently used address list, click the Clear List button.
- As you send new messages, the addresses of the recipients will be added to this "recently used address list"; therefore, the next time you email one of them, the address will pop up in the address field.
2. Enter an e-mail address from your "Contacts" list.
- From the Mail
section of Entourage, click New
to create a new e-mail message.

- When you are finished selecting the names of recipients, simply click on the message part of your email to exit Contacts and write your message.
