Event Scheduling-Students

Unfortunately, due to limited staffing, we are unable to offer A-V Staffing for student events. However, we invite and encourage students to explore the possibility of loaning out the required equipment themselves, this can be done through the Equipment Loans page. Training on how to utilize the equipment is available at the time of the loan.

Dances

Although we do not support dances, we can help you set up the Student Activities sound system in Morrell Lounge. As you plan your event it is imperative that you begin by securing this space, this is done via an email to the Student Activities Secretary, Susan Burtt (sburtt@bowdoin.edu). Please be sure and tell Susan that you are requiring an Equipment Services Technician! Once completed, a member of Equipment Services will contact you to confirm your request.
