The simplest way to put the wallpaper on your phone:

• Download the image and email it to yourself
•  Use your phone to get the email
• Tap the image and then tap "Save Image"
• Open up Photos on your phone
• Find the image you want and tap the rectangle with the arrow
• Tap "Use as Wallpaper"
