Review joins Recruit

Move over Recruit...here comes Review!

This month, we will be introducing our new online performance management package from PeopleAdmin, the newest component of HRforYou. With help from a campus wide focus group, we have completely revamped all of our forms to make them more meaningful, shorter, and easier to complete.

  • Supervisors will continue to use Recruit to maintain job descriptions and post position openings electronically.  Now, together with department heads, they will automatically receive email reminders to log into the same site to use Review to write, edit, and approve annual performance evaluations.
  • Employees will use Review to view or print their own job descriptions, complete self-evaluations if requested, and access previous evaluations completed in Review.

We plan a gradual transition to the new online performance management tool throughout 2008. Supervisors and employees who have evaluations that are past due or due this quarter should attend training in order to understand and use Review.

In addition to step-by-step documentation for employees and supervisors, we will offer personalized assistance at kiosks in HR and provide group trainings for departments. We plan to continue our popular HRforYou telephone assistance line, X7070.
