Employee Self Service

The College allows employees to make changes to personal information directly online using Workday. For instance, you can update your:

  • home address
  • home telephone number
  • campus emergency telephone number
  • personal emergency contact
  • direct deposit banking information
  • Federal and state W-4 forms
  • beneficiaries

In the fall, benefits-eligible employees use Workday to enroll in benefits during our annual open enrollment.  Most importantly, Workday provides access to each employee's earnings statements and tax form documents (e.g. W-2).

If you need assistance using Workday, simply contact the Workday Assistance Line (x7070) and an HR staff member will answer your questions.
