Employee Self Service

The College allows employees to make changes to some personal information directly online using HRforYOU employee self-service.  For instance, you can update your:

  • home address
  • home telephone number
  • campus emergency telephone number
  • personal emergency contact
  • direct deposit banking information
  • Federal and state W-4 forms
  • beneficiaries

In the fall, benefits-eligible employees use HRforYOU to enroll in benefits during our annual open enrollment.  Most importantly, HRforYOU provides access to each employee's earnings statements or pay stubs on payday.

Human Resources assigns each employee a unique username and password for self-service. If you need assistance using HRforYOU, simply contact the HRforYOU Assistance Line (x7070) and an HR staff member will answer your questions.
