CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - Led by the performance of doubles team Sarah D'Elia and Brett Davis, the Bowdoin College women's tennis team played well at the ITA Regional Championship this weekend at MIT.

D'Elia and Davis reached the semifinals of the tourney, winning three matches to advance to play Cary Gibson and Nikki Reich of Williams. The Williams pair won an 8-4 decision and eventually claimed the doubles crown. Davis and D'Elia also both claimed a pair of individual wins before falling in the singles bracket. Emily Lombardi won her first round match while Rachel Waldman rounded out the Polar Bear players competing and fell in her opening match.
