Bowdoin Earns All-NESCAC Honors

BRUNSWICK, Maine - Eleven Bowdoin College track athletes earned All-NESCAC honors at the 2005 NESCAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships. All-NESCAC honors are awarded to the top-three finishers in each event at the Conference Championship Meet.

Six men were chosen, as Joe Adu (110M Hurdles), Greydon Foil (400M Hurdles), Pat Hughes (3000M Steeplechase), Owen McKenna (1500M), Jared Prichard (Javelin) and Jon Todd (Pole Vault) earned recognition. On the women's side, Emily Sheffield (800M) and Erin Prifogle (High Jump) were recognized, along with the 4x800 relay team of Sheffield, Amy Ahearn, Courtney Eustace and Holly Feeser.

The track teams will compete at the New England D-III Championships this weekend. The men's meet will be held at Springfield College, while the women's meet will be competed at Bates College.
