BRUNSWICK, Maine - For the second straight season, Bowdoin sophomore women's squash player Niki Clement (Rosemont, Pa.) has been named an All-American by the College Squash Association. Clement finished the year with a record of 19-3.
Clement was ranked among the top players in the nation all season and finished the year at number 20 in the Individual National Rankings released by the CSA. Bowdoin concluded the year 13th in the nation at Nationals with a mark of 9-13. Clement was dominant all season at the top position for the Polar Bears, with her only two regular season losses coming in matches against top-ranked Yale and seventh-ranked Brown. Clement was a model of consistency all year for Bowdoin, winning 11 straight matches from late January through the Kurtz Cup, where she won all three of her matches.
