NFHCA Honors Bowdoin With All-New England Selections

BRUNSWICK, Maine - The Bowdoin College field hockey team continued to rake in the honors this week as the National Field Hockey Coaches Association honored four Bowdoin players on their All-New England West Region Team. Bowdoin finished the season with a record of 13-3.

Bowdoin's leading scorer and NESCAC Player of the Year Marissa O'Neil (Manchester, N.H.) was honored as a first-team selection along with senior captain Amanda Burrage (Brookline, Mass.) and goalkeeper Gillian McDonald (Hudson, Que.). NESCAC Rookie of the Year Taryn King (Georgetown, Mass.) was a second-team selection.
