BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin College
senior football player Justin Hardison (West
Hartford, Conn.) was honored last night by the
Maine State Chapter of the National Football
Foundation as one of their Scholar-Athletes of the
Year. He was one of only two college recipients in
the state to receive an award.
Hardison, a 6-2, 195-pound quarterback and three-year starter, he won the football teams' Reardon Memorial Trophy as the outstanding senior contributor. He completed over 50% of his passes for over 3,000 career yards. He holds a 3.6 GPA, majoring in biochemistry and minoring in mathematics, made the Dean?s List and is a prestigous James and Sarah Bowdoin Scholar. In addition, he also earned the Howard Hughes Medical Institute Grant and the James Stacey Coles Summer Research Fellowship. Hardison is interested in pursuing a graduate degree in dentistry.
