BRUNSWICK, Maine - The NESCAC
announced their All-Conference selections for
Women's Lacrosse and Bowdoin's Hilary Abrams,
Amanda Burrage and Lauren True were tabbed as
second-team choices. Bowdoin finished fifth in the
regular season NESCAC standings and ended the year
with a mark of 9-6.
Junior Hilary Abrams (Lakeville, Conn.) led the Polar Bears in scoring with 33 goals and 22 assists this season. She also posted an outstanding .568 shooting percentage this year. Junior midfielder Amanda Burrage (Brookline, Mass.) scored 28 goals and had six assists and was second on the team with 26 caused turnovers for the Polar Bears. Senior defender Lauren True (Alton, N.H.) had an outstanding season for Bowdoin, grabbing 24 groundballs and causing 17 turnovers this season.
