Chessie Featured In Sports Illustrated
BRUNSWICK, Maine -
Bowdoin College senior women's ice hockey
player Shelly Chessie (Fredericton, N.B.) is
featured in the March 24th issue of Sports
Illustrated, scheduled to hit shelves later this
week. Chessie is profiled as part of Sports
Illustrated's weekly "Faces In The Crowd"
segment.
Earlier this season, Chessie became Bowdoin's all-time leading scorer and currently stands at 177 career points. The Polar Bears (22-1-3) will face Manhattanville on Friday afternoon at 4:00 in the NCAA Semifinals.
