Women's Basketball Notes
BRUNSWICK, Maine - A few
notes of interest as the Bowdoin women's
basketball team approaches the NESCAC Semifinals
on Saturday against Williams.
Senior captain Kristi Royer (Lewiston, Maine) - at right- was honored as the New England Women's Basketball Association Co-Player of the week for her performance last weekend in the NESCAC first-round. Royer scored 25 points, grabbed nine rebounds, had five assists and four steals in a victory over Trinity. Bowdoin is ranked first in the region entering play this weekend.
