Cross-Country Teams Prep For Nationals
BRUNSWICK, Maine - The
men's and women's cross-country teams
from Bowdoin both qualified for the
national Division III cross-country
championships which will be held this
weekend at St. Olaf's College in
Northfield, Minnesota. The Bowdoin men
placed second and the women were third out
of 35 teams in
the NCAA regional qualifying race last
Saturday at Westfield State College in
Massachusetts. Todd
Forsgren was the top Bowdoin finisher
placing 9th. Elizabeth Barney led the Bowdoin
women with her
21st place finish.
