Mackie Earns All-NESCAC Golf Honors
BRUNSWICK, Maine -
Bowdoin
sophomore Adam Mackie (Charlottetown,
P.E.I.) has been named
to the 2002 All-NESCAC Golf Team. Mackie, a
second-team member, earned the honors by
shooting a two-day total of 156 (81-75) and
placing 10th at the NESCAC Golf
Championships,
hosted by Middlebury College on September
29. Mackie posted an average score of 82.2 in
five
stroke-play events this fall and also plays on
the men's ice hockey team at Bowdoin. Last
winter,
Mackie scored one goal and had four assists
in 13 games played for the Polar Bears.
