BRUNSWICK, Maine - Bowdoin College men's soccer player David Bulow earned his team a ticket to the semifinals of the NESCAC Tournament on Sunday with an overtime game-winner against Amherst. On Monday, he was rewarded with his third NESCAC Player of the Week honor of the season. The Polar Bears will face Williams College in the NESCAC Semifinals next Saturday at 11:00.
Bulow scored the game-winner in overtime in a 3-2 NESCAC first-round victory over Amherst on Sunday, tying the school mark with 32 career goals. He also scored both goals in a 2-0 win earlier in the week at Bates, where he set the school's single season goal mark, which now stands at 17. He is currently second in the conference with 39 points on 17 goals and five assists.
