About the Event Calendar

The Bowdoin Event Calendar is the main calendar for events at the College.

How to Add an Event to the Calendar

  1. To add an event to the calendar, please use the Calendar Submission Form or contact the Campus Scheduler at 724-3421.
  2. Once your event has been approved for inclusion on the calendar, you can use the Event Promotion Tool to add event details, including descriptions and photos.  You may also request your event be added to calendar categories such as Arts and Culture.
  3. Please include as much information as possible about your event.
