Vergilian Society Governance Resolution

UPDATE: As of March 13, 2004, three of the recent appointees whose resignations are called for in the Governance Resolution have submitted their resignations: Leon Fitts (appointed Director), Susan Ervin (appointed Secretary), and Alexander McKay (appointed Immediate Past President). Professor McKay continues to give his valuable services to the Vergilian Society as Chair of the Villa Management Committee. On March 14, Rufus Fears resigned as President.
