Work Order Frequently Asked Questions

To request service from Facilities Management, fill out the form below, or call (207) 725-3333. For laundry problems or card issues, contact the OneCard Office at (207) 725-5199 or onecard@bowdoin.edu.

Hours:
Work Order Controller hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
Please note evening and weekend calls and email requests will not be reviewed until the next regular business day. For an immediate response or to report an emergency after hours contact the Communications Center at (207) 725-3314.

For special events, lectures, and activities:

  • contact the Campus Scheduler at (207) 725-3421 to schedule a location and to specify setup requirements.
  • contact AV Services at (207) 725-3612 if you require audio visual or Video Conferencing equipment and/or support.
