Athletic Facilities

Summer guests are encouraged to make use of Bowdoin’s athletic facilities, including Farley Field House (with a 200-meter indoor track, tennis courts, and a weight-room), Greason Swimming Pool (pictured below), Lubin Family Squash Center, Sargeant and Morrell Gymnasiums, and the Watson Fitness Center (with free-weights, weight-lifting machines, treadmills, and more).

The outdoor tennis courts are available on a first-come, first-served basis when camps are not in session. When available, the courts are open from 8:00 am to 7:30 pm. (Photo – Farley Tennis Courts)

Farley Field House is home to Bowdoin’s 200-meter indoor track, indoor tennis courts, a small weight room, and a multi-purpose aerobics room.

Lubin Family Squash Center is open for guests with Summer Program ID's Monday through Friday from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:30 – 6:30 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. There are also squash courts in Morrell Gymnasium, open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. (Photo – Lubin Family Squash Center)

Beyond the athletic fields at Farley Field House, our summer guests are encouraged to visit the Brunswick Town Commons. The trails offer a wealth of natural beauty for photographers as well as a place of enjoyment for those who simply want to walk or run.
