What we do:
The Events and Summer Programs Office is responsible for a number of campus events during the academic year. These include Common Hour, Parents Weekend and Commencement. The staff also handles events such as Honors Day, as well as the scheduling of buildings and rooms on campus.
When the academic year has ended and Reunion Weekend has come to a close, summer programs begin. During the summer, the campus is very much alive - with groups ranging from Upward Bound and the Bowdoin International Music Festival (BIMF), to professional conferences such as Flow Cytometry and Infrared Spectroscopy. For a complete list of Summer Programs, please visit the Summer Programs portion of our website.
