Julie Isbill '82 is a Landscape Architect for a branch of the National Park Service called The Rivers and Trails Conservation Assistance Program. Isbill's program works closely with citizens and local governments to conserve, restore, preserve and interpret "backyard" treasure spots (natural and historical places worth noting but not at the level of grandeur of a national park).

Northern Native Perepctive on Changes on Eeyoustis, the Cree Homeland

Margaret Cromarty is an accomplished writer, eco-tourism guide and poet. She grew up on Frot George Island, in James Bay and her poems tell of her love for and fond memories of her land and the Cree people. She will talk about her life, and the changes in James Bay, and share some of her poetry.
