On I-295 south to the Bucknam Road exit towards Freeport, Exit 10.  Turn right onto Bucknam Road for .2 miles.  Turn left on to Middle Road for .1 mile.  Turn on to Falmouth Road for about 1 mile, take a slight left turn onto the Allen Avenue exit, the exit becomes Allen Avenue. Travel on Allen Avenue for about 1 mile.

Take I-295 south and exit at Baxter Blvd./Washington Avenue, Exit 9.  As you come off the exit, you will see tennis courts on your right and the water on your left.  In two or three minutes, on your right you will see Seaside Nursing Home.  Immediately after Seaside, take a right into Payson Park.  Go straight through the park to Ocean Avenue.  (You will see St. Pius Church directly in front of you on Ocean Avenue.)  Turn left onto Ocean Avenue and drive for a little over half a mile and turn right onto Walton (shortly before Walton on your left you will see Chevrus High School).  Go about 7/10 of a mile on Walton.  The school is on your left at the corner of Walton and Forest Avenue.

On I-295 south take Maine Mall Road Exit; keep bearing left on this road.  The exit dead-ends at Payne Road.  Go left onto Payne Road (a Days Inn and Chilis will be on your right on Payne Road).  Drive to the first light.  The sign will say "To 295."  Once on that road, follow the signs for Broadway (the Broadway turn-off will be the 2nd right).  Follow Broadway for about 3 miles.  (At 1.8 miles there is a Dairy Queen on your right-and bear slightly to your right after the DQ-shortly after you will see a sign on the right for Willows.)  Continue on Broadway until you see an Amato's on the right at about 2.6 miles.  Turn right just before Amato's onto Evans.  Go 6/10 of a mile on Evans.  The school is set back on your left.

Take I-295 south to Congress Street, East, Exit 5A.  At the first set of lights, take a right onto St. John's Street.  Travel to the end of the street and go 3/4 way around the traffic circle where you will turn onto Danforth Street up a hill.  Continue up the hill until you reach a blinking light.  Take a left there onto Vaughan Street.  Go 1/10 of a mile and take a right onto Spring Street.  Waynflete is about 1/10 of a mile on the right.
