Sally Kim ‘14 has worked for dining services for two years at Moulton Union. We caught up with her last night working on the display cooking station making kimbap, a Korean dish made of warm steamed rice and seasoned beef, rolled with crispy vegetables and egg in a dried seaweed sheet . Moulton features Korean food like bibimbap, Korean tacos or bulgogi every Tuesday night and Sally says she enjoys the opportunity to extend her knowledge and expertise to other Bowdoin students. She said her mom has been really helpful with cooking tips!
