Expense reimbursements notifications through email effective Monday, March 18th
Effective Monday, March 18th, the Controller’s Office will notify students (who have direct deposit through Payroll) of processed expense reimbursements through email instead of the current paper remittance/yellow envelope. The email will be sent by Joanna Long (email@example.com) with a subject line of “Expense Reimbursement”. In the unanticipated event that the system directs this notice to your Spam Quarantine, please click on the Whitelist link to have the message delivered to your inbox and update your whitelist to include firstname.lastname@example.org for future notifications.
