Yoga on Mondays from noon-1
Join Education Professor Katie Byrnes for Flow Yoga on Mondays from 12-1 in the yoga studio, Buck 301. You are welcome to drop in anytime and do not need to register for this class. Participants will engage in focusing meditation with breath awareness, mindful movement through flowing sequences of postures and relaxation. The invitation is to practice being aware of our body and mind in the present moment through both stillness and movement.
