Coming Out in the Internet Age - With Common Hour speaker, Chris Wolf '76 (Michelle E. McDonough)

Coming Out in the Internet Age
With Common Hour speaker, Chris Wolf '76

One week before National Coming Out Day, Chris Wolf will join students, faculty and staff for a breakfast conversation about coming out, privacy and the internet.

Chris Wolf is a Washington, DC-based technology lawyer and civil rights activist. A 1998 pro bono case Chris handled, successfully challenging in federal court the US Navy's illegal spying on a gay sailor in an effort to discharge him under “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell,” led to Chris’ concentration on privacy law, after two decades of litigation practice.

Hubbard Hall, Shannon Room

Continental breakfast will be available.

Hosted by Bowdoin Queer Straight Alliance, Queers & Allies Staff and Faculty Group, and the Resource Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity
