Are you ready to HITT it?
HITT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. This interval-based class combines full-body strength training with high intensity cardio bursts designed to improve your endurance (e.g. lunges, kettle-bell swings, jumping rope). This workout can be modified to fit anyone’s fitness needs from beginner to advanced! Co-taught by Lisa Hall and Shenel Eaves both of ShipCity CrossFit in Bath; offered at noon on Monday & Wednesdays.
