In preparation for our fall test of the Campus Emergency messaging system next week, please log in to HRforYOU to make sure that your campus emergency contact information is current and correct. Here’s how:
1. Log into HRforYOU.
2. Under the PERSONAL INFORMATION section on the home page, click on CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND/OR TELEPHONE NUMBERS.
3. Scroll down to the TELEPHONE INFORMATION section and review the number you have entered in the first option, PRIMARY CAMPUS EMERGENCY Phone Number. If the number is current, there is no need to do anything more.
4. To update the number, enter it in this format: (999)999-9999. Scroll to the top of the page and enter the EFFECTIVE DATE. Click on SAVE. Confirm that the updated number is displayed correctly, then click SAVE again before logging out of HRforYOU. That’s all there is to it!
