Do your feet ache or your legs are tired and you have hours to go? Join Cindy Wilson for a Pilates based lesson that focuses on stretching while strengthening your feet, hands, shoulders and back. You will be able to repeat these simple stretches in the comfort of your own home. In just one class you will be standing taller and walking out of class with a spring in your step!
