What is mindfulness? It's a state of active, open attention on the present. When you're mindful, you observe your thoughts and feelings from a distance, without judging them good or bad. Instead of letting life pass you by, mindfulness means living in the moment and awakening to experience.
Join Mary Ann Christine Burnside, Ed.D., a mindfulness/yoga educator and developmental psychologist who specializes in mind-body wellness. Come to this one hour session to hear about the benefits of mindfulness and to experience simple practices that can grow happiness from the inside out.
