Recruiting Program

Introduction

The Bowdoin Recruiting Program will provide you with access to employers in a variety of fields and organization types through information sessions, campus interviews and off-campus recruiting opportunities. Our programs are electronically based, so be sure that your eBEAR profile is up to date and you are familiar with how to upload documents. Any staff member or Peer Career Advisor will help answer questions.

For more details about how to best prepare for, and utilize, Bowdoin's recruiting program, read our tipsheet

In order to participate in the Bowdoin Recruiting Program, you must complete the Steps to Recruiting Readiness. This includes attending workshops on the job search, interviewing and networking, and signing the Code of Conduct.

Questions regarding the Recruiting Program or eBEAR should be directed to the Employer Relations Coordinator at cpc@bowdoin.edu or 207-825-3717.
