Bowdoin College Campus Scene

The annual Consortium for Excellence in Teacher Education (CETE) conference will be held on November 2-3, 2017.  The conference begins with lunch at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 2nd and concludes with lunch on Friday, November 3rd.  All sessions will take place in Thorne Hall on the Bowdoin College campus.  Parking is available at nearby lots. No pass or sticker required. See the TRAVEL section for details about parking.

Keynote Speaker:  At 7:00 p.m. on the evening of November 2nd, Michelle S. Moses, Professor and Association Dean for Graduate Studies, School of Education, University of Colorado, Boulder, will give a keynote address on “All Views Are Not Created Equal:  Disagreement, Diversity, and the Politics of Being Reasonable” for the annual Brodie Family Lecture in Bowdoin College’s Kresge Auditorium, Visual Arts Center.  Read more »
