Children's Center

The Bowdoin College Children's Center is a warm and caring environment that stimulates children in their discovery of themselves, others, and the world around them.

Founded in the fall of 1988 in response to the strong need for a high-quality early childhood program for children of faculty, staff, and residents of surrounding communities. The non-profit center is licensed by the Maine Department of Human Services, and is nationally accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC)
