Major
The following majors are offered by Chemistry in collaboration with other Bowdoin departments:
- Chemistry (standard)
- Chemistry (ACS certified)
- Biochemistry
- Chemistry/Environmental Studies
- Geology and Chemistry
- Chemical Physics
These majors provide rigorous pre-professional training for students intending to pursue careers in science or other fields (law, consulting) where problem solving and analytical skills are valued.
