Lucretia Woodruff began practicing yoga in 1995 to help heal herself from injuries sustained in a climbing accident. She studied with Iyengar yoga teachers for many years and loved the focus on anatomy and alignment. She began teaching yoga at Bowdoin in 2003, melding Vinyasa style yoga with the alignment principles of Iyengar. This past year she attended a Yin Yoga teacher training and has added Yin and Restorative classes to her roster. She lives and farms with her husband Michael and their four children at Milkweed Farm in Brunswick.
