Valerie has been in the fitness world for the past 13 years.  Her passion for fitness flourished when she caught the cycling bug in a Spin class.  Shortly after taking class she started teaching Spinning.  

In 2010 she became an Ironman completing the Lake Placid Ironman course...that's a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26.2 mile run. 

Valerie teaches a variety of classes, including Spinning, LesMills RPM, Boot Camp, TRX Suspension training, High Intensity Interval Training and Tabata training.

 She thrives on helping clients reach their goals and showing them that achieving a healthy lifestyle is possible at any age.
